Additional information for parents/guardians:

• Please send your child in clothes that are allowed to get wet or dirty.
• Hats or sunscreen are recommended as part of the program will be outdoors.
• Remind staff each morning if your child has a severe allergy of any type. (Nut products are not being used)
• All children must be signed out by a parent/guardian before they are permitted to leave.
• Children must be picked up and dropped off inside the church building not in the yard or parking areas please.
• If you must pick up your child early for any reason please notify staff or volunteers at the time of drop off
• Pick up time is 11:30 a.m. prompt.
• If your child has special needs contact the church office for further information. An EA may be available at no cost for children who are registered by July 1st.
• Please fill out 1 registration form for each child attending.
• Registration is limited.  Don't be disappointed, register early!
